Raglan Joinery came to us with a Squarespace website that had outgrown its limitations. The goal was clear: migrate to a more flexible, scalable platform and take the opportunity to rebuild the site properly — with performance, responsiveness, and search visibility at its core.
We replatformed the entire website from Squarespace to WordPress, giving the client full control over their content and long-term growth potential. Rather than a simple migration, this was a full rebuild — every page was recreated with a clean, modern design optimised for all devices, from desktop to mobile.
On the technical side, the new site was built with SEO best practices embedded from the ground up: structured content hierarchy, optimised page speed, mobile-first design, and properly configured metadata — ensuring Raglan Joinery has the foundations to rank well in local search and attract the right customers in the Raglan area.

The concept behind Raglan Discovery is to create a dedicated local discovery platform that shines a spotlight on everything Raglan has to offer. From boutique shops and local trades to hospitality, wellness, and services — the platform gives small businesses a place to be found, while giving visitors and locals alike a single destination to explore what makes Raglan special.
At its core, Raglan Discovery is about community. By grouping local businesses together under one unified platform, the project strengthens Raglan’s identity as a whole, positioning the town as a vibrant, connected destination rather than a collection of isolated businesses. The rising tide lifts all boats — when Raglan wins, every business on the platform wins.
For small business owners, many of whom lack the time or resources to invest heavily in their own digital presence, Raglan Discovery offers an accessible way to gain online visibility, reach new customers, and be part of something bigger than their own brand.
